Head of Department
Application, Admission and Information Department
The Application, Admission and Information Department comprises the Head of Department (HoD) and 3 team-members from the student management and administration field.
The Head of Department's main responsibility is to ensure that the application and admission process corresponds to the needs of the applicants and of TTC.
This department is responsible for:
• The planning and setting-up of TTC's applicant pool
• Recommendation of the specializations to be offered in each trimester
• The management and execution of interviews and the further admission process
• The academic calendar
The Head of Department is also member of several committees in order to further develop all study, student and management related fields at TTC.

Student Affairs Administration Department
The Student Affairs Administration Department comprises the Head of Department and 3 team members from the student management and administration field.
After the enrollment of the students at TTC, the Student Affairs Administration Department works with the students' data from their application and admission through their graduation. In general, this department is a service contact station for the students in all their requirements and support requests. In addition, the examination office is also accountable to this department. The Head of Department is also a member of several committees which monitor and develop all study, student and management related fields at TTC.
